Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Awesome Web Pros website and your request for or purchase of services through Awesome Web Pros. By requesting, approving, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Awesome Web Pros provides professional website design and redesign, AI-assisted website development, website hosting and maintenance, Google Business Profile setup, optimization, management, and multi-location setup, local SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), multi-location and national website growth, CRM and lead automation, lead capture, SMS follow-up, and related digital growth services for service businesses across the United States.

Specific services may be requested individually or as part of a package. Available services and scope may vary based on project requirements, number of pages or location pages, integrations, content needs, and timeline.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on factors including project scope and number of pages, location or city pages, local SEO and Google Business Profile scope, CRM and automation integrations, content writing and migration, multi-location expansion, custom functionality, and timeline.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms, accepted payment methods, and project milestones will be outlined in your approved quote or proposal. Any additional work or charges identified during a project will be communicated before that additional work is performed.

A 50% deposit is required before website work begins. The remaining balance is due before final launch, transfer, or delivery.

3. Quotes & Estimates

You may request a quote by text or through other communication methods we provide. Quotes and estimates are based on the business details, goals, and project requirements you provide. A quote may be adjusted if the actual project scope differs materially from the information provided. Where practical, any material pricing change will be communicated before work proceeds.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your requested project, including business name, industry, service area, current website, goals, and known requirements. You should disclose any existing accounts, platforms, logins, content, or third-party services that may affect the project, and provide timely access, content approvals, and feedback needed to keep the project on schedule.

5. Project Scope & Approvals

You are responsible for confirming the desired project scope, page structure, and design direction before significant work begins. Awesome Web Pros may provide practical recommendations, but final decisions remain subject to your approval and project feasibility. Once work has begun based on an approved scope, significant changes may require additional labor and charges.

6. Content, Assets & Accounts Supplied by Client

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any content, images, logos, copy, or materials you provide for use in a project. Where a project involves third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, a CRM, hosting, or analytics, you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and credentials unless an explicit management agreement is in place.

7. Revisions

Up to two reasonable revision rounds are included in the quoted project price. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require an additional fee, which will be communicated and approved by you before that work continues. Clear, consolidated feedback helps keep revisions efficient and on schedule.

8. Timelines & Turnaround

Project timelines depend on you providing requested information, content, approvals, and access on time. Timelines may also be affected by third-party platform availability, scope changes, or other circumstances. Providing timely feedback and approvals helps keep projects on schedule.

9. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting, maintenance, and update services, where purchased, are provided for the term and scope agreed in your quote or proposal. Ongoing services may renew unless canceled according to the terms of your agreement. Recurring hosting, maintenance, SEO, or management services may have separate ongoing fees and terms, which will be disclosed before purchase. Awesome Web Pros is not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates made by third-party hosting or platform providers.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Some services involve third-party platforms and tools, such as website builders, hosting providers, Google Business Profile, Google Search and Maps, CRM systems, analytics, and scheduling tools. These platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. Changes, suspensions, outages, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms are outside Awesome Web Pros’ control.

11. Google Business Profile Services

Google Business Profile setup, optimization, management, multi-location setup, and service-area configuration are performed within the features and policies Google makes available. Awesome Web Pros does not control Google’s platform, verification processes, eligibility requirements, or policy decisions, and cannot guarantee verification, profile approval, or specific outcomes on Google.

12. SEO, AEO & Google Visibility

Search engine rankings, Google visibility, Google Business Profile performance, answer engine (AEO) results, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on many factors outside of any provider’s control, including search engine and AI answer algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

Awesome Web Pros does not guarantee specific search rankings, answer engine placement, Google Business Profile performance, traffic, leads, or revenue. SEO, local SEO, and AEO services are provided to improve the structure, content, and visibility of your website and presence — not to promise particular results.

13. Intellectual Property

After the project is paid in full, you receive ownership of the final custom website content and design work created specifically for you, except for third-party software, licensed assets, fonts, plugins, templates, APIs, platforms, and other third-party materials, which remain subject to their own licenses and the rights of their respective owners. Content and materials you provide remain your property, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

14. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation or project by providing reasonable notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Payments for completed work are non-refundable. If Awesome Web Pros cancels a project before completing the agreed work, any unearned portion of the payment will be refunded.

15. Project Completion

You should review completed work when reasonably possible and raise any immediate concerns before a project is finalized. If an issue is discovered after completion, contact Awesome Web Pros promptly so it can be reviewed.

16. Pre-Existing Conditions

Awesome Web Pros is not responsible for issues that existed before a project began, including pre-existing website errors, broken integrations, prior SEO penalties, or other pre-existing conditions.

17. Third-Party Products

Third-party platforms, plugins, themes, hosting, and tools are subject to their providers’ terms, warranties, and specifications. Awesome Web Pros does not own or warranty these products and does not provide the provider’s warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

18. Portfolio & Marketing

Awesome Web Pros may request permission to showcase completed websites or projects for portfolio, website, social-media, or marketing purposes. Identifiable customer or private information will not be intentionally published without appropriate permission.

19. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, service areas, availability, promotions, and other information may change, and website content does not guarantee that a particular service is available at a particular time or in a particular market.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awesome Web Pros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

Awesome Web Pros may update these Terms periodically. The current version and its updated date are displayed on this page. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.
